Meet Dr. Kelly Black
"What do you want to be when you grow up?" The answer, "a doctor." This was the answer as a small toddler and throughout Dr. Black's life. During medical school clinical rotations, the first day of pediatrics rotation determined Dr. Black would attend pediatric residency which was completed at Arkansas Children's Hospital (UAMS) in Little Rock, AR. The first day of her pediatric residency she was assigned to the emergency department and again sealed her path to pediatric emergency medicine fellowship which was completed at Kosair Children's Hospital (University of Louisville) in Louisville, KY.
