Lab tech was excellent at keeping my son calm. She was extremely nice and she was just so perfect in doing her job. He felt a little anxious and then all of a sudden she was talking to him and then she was done. He never knew that she was drawing his blood. They talked about how blood is really blue before it hits the air. Talked about how she puts it into the tubes and labeled it with his labors for the dr to get his results.
