Meet Dr. Alexandria Lutley
Dr. Alexandria "Lexi" Lutley has had the joy of living and working all over this beautiful country and she is now delighted to call Cook Children's and Fort Worth home. She was born in western New York, raised in Connecticut and attended the University of Connecticut for her bachelor's degree in Molecular and Cell Biology and her doctorate in Medicine. After matching at one of the top residency training programs in the nation, she moved to Cincinnati, Ohio where she completed a five-year combined residency in Pediatrics and Child Neurology.
She then moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin where she practiced Child Neurology for nearly five years at Children's Wisconsin. While she adored her practice in Milwaukee, she was drawn to Fort Worth and Cook Children's. Professionally, she was excited for the opportunity to join a group of dynamic and innovative leaders in the field of pediatric movement disorders and pediatric neurology. Personally, her father-in-law was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. To her and her husband, this life-changing diagnosis underscored just how precious and fleeting all our time is on Earth is. The family priority became to move to Fort Worth so their two young kids could grow up near family. She is excited to be a part of Cook Children's and believes it is an honor to help children grow up to be their best and healthiest versions of themselves.

We were very grateful that Dr. Lutley was able to see (patient). She also pulled in others from the Physical Therapy Movement Disorder Clinic that weren't scheduled to see her, but they made the time to see her during our visit seeing we traveled from Oklahoma. Everyone listened to our concerns and we have a plan moving forward. Hopefully everything in our plan can get scheduled promptly.
