Our experiences with Dr. Herring and her staff have always been wonderful. No complaints.

Dr. Herring is always courteous, professional and compassionate. She explains my child's procedures in a way that is easy for him to comprehend. She asks him about his level of comfort during his injections and is very responsive to his needs. We have been very pleased with the care our child receives from Dr. Herring. She is an asset to the Cook Children's Medical System.

Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Herring. Her quiet, calm demeanor is incredibly comforting, she answers questions/explains things in a way we can understand without making us feel stupid and went out of her to check on things for us.

Dr Herring is a good Neurologist. We could go to Tyler, TX for my daughter's care because it is closer but Dr Herring listens to my daughter and makes sure her needs and concerns are met.

I can trust! Cookchildrens is a place I love so much I wish they had more people like them all over the world so we wouldn't have to travel so far. But the drive is worth it. Because they are all so nice and take such good care of my daughter! I wouldn't ever want to leave this place. I only trust this hospital for my daughter.

My teen's neurologist was retired so I was bit hesitant to see Dr Herring. But she is an amazing doctor. She answered every single question with such a calm and collected response, her bedside manners were 5stars. I did not feel overwhelmed or underwhelmed by her behavior. She's best at her job. I wish all the doctors are like that. Zero waiting time and she gave us an hour to listen all our questions and concerns. We left highly pleased and satisfied from her office. Even the front seat person was so wonderful and helpful. Really really happy and definitely will suggest everyone I know need child neurologist. I wish all doctor's treat parents and families in same manner.
