Dr. Marks listened patiently as I asked questions and told him about (Patient's) problem. Even if he hadn't seen something before, he never made me feel stupid about it. The nodules or bumps she had on the nerves under her skin, he said that the pain management team probably had more expertise in that area than he did. But he never talked down to us. He really listened.

We love Dr. Marks and the neuro clinic. I'd like to specifically year the MA who helped our son out (I think it was Anabelle). He is TERRIFIED of having his blood pressure taken and for the first time since he was a baby, he actually allowed the MA to do it. She was amazing and calm and actually got a read. It was a huge win for our son and our family, because this has been such a huge fear and hindrance to care for years. We also love Child Life Specialist Erin. She is the best of the best. Neuro has been so lucky to have her and we are so excited for her new adventures to come in the ER.
