Dr Audrey Johnson is the best of the best. I cannot speak more highly of her. I live in McKinney and I am happy to brave the trenches of 380 to see her specifically.

[...] in the reception area. She is always so pleasant on the phone and in person. She is also kind to my sons. And of course, Dr. Johnson!!! She had taken wonderful care of my twins for the past 6 years including this visit. She listens to all concerns and is very thorough in treating my sons. We drive 30-40 min from Plano because I don't want to go to another pediatrician!!!

This was a wonderful easy visit. I called to schedule an appointment. Did not expect to get in same day and we did. I checked in online easily. Checked in with front reception and by the time we sat down, we were being called back. Dr. Johnson was in exam room immediately upon medical assistant's departure. Dr. Johnson has established a great relationship with my twin sons and even had them talking to her and explaining reason for the visit. She is so patient and doesn't rush them. They had such a positive experience. Check out was a breeze and again the front staff is wonderful and professional.

The online registration process made our appointment very easy. Wait time at the clinic was little to none which was very nice. The amount of time spent with the doctor was sufficient to cover all my concerns to a reasonable depth. The nurse was as attentive as the doctor to my concerns and comments and showed great deal of patience with my child which made me comfortable

Dr. Johnson is absolutely fantastic, the front office staff is great as well. They were able to squeeze me in mid day to get my son checked out -he tested positive for [...], so I am extremely thankful they got him in quickly. I love this office and have only had great experiences here.

I couldn't be happier with Cook Children's! This time I'm especially grateful because my family got sick returning from an international trip. I was only able to schedule one time slot on the portal but both of my kids were sick. Dr. Johnson and Staff were so kind to squeeze both kids into the appointment and provided them with great care. I believe [...] was the one who brought us back from the lobby, and she was fantastic. She talked to my son and made him feel comfortable even though he was feeling pretty bad that day. Dr. Johnson is always great to see as well, and we continue to come here even though we live about 30 to 40 minutes away. Hopefully we won't have to change doctors in the future! Everyone up there does a great job, and they should be recognized for helping kids each and every day.
