I'd like to recognize the amazing front office staff and the incredible nurse who showed such patience and care as both of my girls nearly passed out-each in different situations involving blood. I have already recommended Dr. Falk to a friend for her daughter and sent her the contact info. We found out that other mom that was with us at dinner also goes to Dr. Falk for her kids. The mom looking for a peds wanted a provider who would listen to the parent. I told her Dr. Falk has always been responsive to any concerns or requests. Appreciate quick replies on email. Quick refills for meds.

The entire staff is amazing. They always go above and beyond. Dr. Faulk always takes time with us and never rushes our visits. She answers my first time parent questions thoroughly and is never dismissive. I always say she acts like every question I'm asking is the "most interesting question she's ever heard", despite me knowing this is the millionth time she's been asked them. She is an asset to Cook Children's and she should be recognized for being such an amazing provider.

We (my child and I) have had nothing less than a great experience at this Doctors office. Front desk staff are always so friendly and inviting. Nurse knows what she is doing and does it well with such great care for my son and does it with a smile and amazing character. Dr.Falk. She's top of the line honestly, best Dr. My son has ever had and I wish she was my Doctor. She's attentive, she's knowledgeable, she listens to my son extremely well and speaks to him in a manner that warms my heart every single time. She explains everything clearly and with great detail and asks If there are ever any questions pertaining to what she shares with us. Again, best doctor hands down and It shows she loves what she does and passionate about it. I am forever extremely thankful for all staff and thankful that every experience we've had here has been a good one.

Everyone was smiling and accommodating to the needs of my son. Which he is [...]. I did not have to tell the NP/NA that it seems like she read the chart before we got there and was fully aware. He felt a little bit comfortable with the fact that she was talking to him instead of referring all the questions to me the whole time.
