Everyone was very kind and friendly. Even the receptionist was very welcoming. Dr. Steinman was exceptionally thorough and didnt rush. He made sure any questions I or my son had were answered before moving on to the next thing. We both felt heard and cared for. I feel like I finally found a Dr. That truly cares about his patients. His nurse was also so caring and reassuring!

I've never had any bad experiences, only good ones ! We've been to the office at the very least a dozen times . We love the staff and the doctor. We always feel our children are safe and being well taken care of .

Dr. Steinmann is the best! We I'll forever be his patient. At least as long as he can see the kids. . Nurse [...] is always amazing and I hope she is always Dr. Steinmanns nurse. [...] and [...] are also amazing at the front desk. I know all those I come into contact with on a regular basis by name and they really make you feel like family. That's exactly how I like it to be!

Just wanted to express how deeply grateful I am for the level of care we received at my daughter's recent pediatrician appointment. Doctor Steinmann was so kind and I truly felt that we were treated like family. He Made such a strong impact that I've found myself thinking about it constantly ever since. Both nurses were kind and patient with us and expressed concern over [...] when he was nervous about his shot and they continued to check on him to make sure he was comfortable. This is something that really means a lot to us. Dr. Steinmann also asked questions about how everyone in the family was and spent a good amount of time with us. He didn't seem like he was in a rush or anything. I appreciate the time each member of the staff spent with us. Also, [...] at the front is a blessing. She is always helpful and friendly. The whole team gives such a positive experience.

Nurse [...] goes above and beyond each and every time we are there, my daughter truly loves going to see her. She is kind and caring and one of the main reasons why we drive over two hours to still stay at the clinic

My daughter was in and out under an hour, even with several questions from me and blood work being taken along with the strep test we no longer live in the area and still drive over two hours due to the kindness of this caring staff.
