The staff (receptionists and nurses) at Dr. Nichol's office in Southlake are always helpful and friendly. We have been going to the Southlake office for over 13 years, initially seeing Dr. Knapp as our pediatrician. In the past 13 years, I have called to ask many questions. The nurses, Dr. Knapp, and Dr. Nichols always responded in a timely manner, spent time answering my questions, and making me feel like my kids were well taken care of.

From check in to check out and everything between. This office is fantastic! They added our baby in last minute and made both of our kids laugh the entire visit. We are always so loved at this office and receive the best care. Thank you for always fitting us in last minute & taking the time to play with our kids and make them feel so comfortable. Stacey even made our baby a bottle for us since my hands were full. They're the best.
