After receiving his vaccines, my son said he felt light-headed and not well. The staff (Medical assistants) were so kind and compassionate - offered him to lay down, gave him water, a wet towel on his forehead and even a barf bag just in case. They did not rush us out, and instead, was very patient with us until my son felt better to leave. Also Dr. Piehl is incredible in addressing my son's concerns about his growth, and professionally educated him on what to expect during puberty. I very much appreciate the communication and education!
