Even though Dr. Galipp was running late, we were immediately notified of this by the front office staff, and they continued to communicate wait times with us which was very appreciated.

Dr. Galipp herself... I know it was a long and busy day and she fell behind, but being her last patient on this specific day, she definitely gave us 110% of herself if not more, and did not rush my family one bit. She showed kindness and compassion towards my kiddo and our situation, and approached our concerns from many angles. Dr. Galipp is wonderful and we are so thankful she took the time to address our concerns even well after the clinic closed.

Dr. Gallip is amazing! She made the kids feel comfortable after losing the only pediatrician the knew to retirement from Cook's. She didn't force issues with my son (complete physical exam), as well as calmed his concerns over things he heard Dr. Gallip and I talking about. Great bedside manner, outstanding knowledge! Dr. Galipp is exceptional. She takes my daughter's concerns very seriously; treats her with extreme respect. She talks TO and WITH my daughter while including me, the mom. The quality of Dr. Galipp's approach to a sensitive subject is immeasurable. My daughter went from being feeling embarrassed and she regarding the reason for her appointment, to feeling assured and safe and truly cared for.

Dr Galipp was amazing! I loved how she has spoken to my son about privates, asking for consent, talking with him about what is appropriate and what is not, and who can and can't touch them, and where to go to for help if someone is touching them inappropriately and that nothing will happen if they tell. . Kids can handle certain topics and we have these conversations in our home and it helps when another adult is saying the same thing. I was blown away as our previous provider never did.

The entire staff has been more than helpful. Dr. Galipp took great care and time addressing the issue and the need to provide information to her teachers regarding this situation. I love Dr Galipp and her nurse. Very friendly, and caring . I moved to another city but don't mind driving the distance to see her. Very comfortable with her. Yes! Dr. Galipp! She made my son feel comfortable in talking about what may be an uncomfortable or embarrassing topic. I really liked how she directed most, if not all, questions and conversation to him, as he is an adolescent and should learn to speak about his body on his own. The front office staff was also great! I can't remember who checked us in. She was efficient, friendly, and helped answer any questions about billing/insurance which I had.

Kari Galipp goes above and beyond for my son every time we see her. She takes the time to explain things. She actually looks at my son's previous medical history in the office with me before making her suggestion or treatment. She makes great effort to make my son feel calm and safe when he's getting upset and high anxiety. Overall, my husband me are very happy with her being our son's pediatrician!
