Dr. Powderly always does a wonderful job of engaging our son, from making him feel comfortable and relaxed to encouraging his personal answers to questions. Our son has never had anxiety about going to the doctor and I know it is because of how amazing Dr. Powderly's bedside manner is!

Rosario is absolutely the best nurse and our favorite. She is easily the best shot giver too! Dr. Kathleen Powderly is an angel to our family. I trust her without a single doubt, she always takes time to answer all my questions without being rushed. Her bedside manner with my children is flawless, she always knows how to relax any tensions they have and makes them feel comfortable, safe, and happy.

Dr. Powderly is INCREDIBLE!!! She has provided excellent care for my two children since my firstborn was a newborn. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring, attentive, and has amazing bedside manner throughout the 5 years we have been seeing her. She was especially instrumental in the care for our 32 week premature son to ensure he had the best care and always referred us to the best specialists. He is now met his developmental milestones and has overcome so much! Dr. Powderly has been instrumental in (son's) successful health journey. She has been incredible doctor for our (daughter) too! We will miss her greatly since we are relocating to North Carolina.

I'm constantly impressed and pleased with Dr. Powderly! Anytime I have had concerns about my child, she has taken the time to talk with me. She was thorough, relatable, and understanding. I trust and respect her. It's a blessing to have her as a doctor.

Any time we have had to visit this office, we have had a great experience. From checking in, to the nurses, doctors, and other staff, everyone is always very nice. We have been going here for 4 years with both of our children and I wouldn't want to take them anywhere else.

Everyone is always courteous. I have some shout outs form a prior visit, too. Jessica, Rosario, and Esmeralda helped me get in and out of the building with my newborn at 4 days post cesarean in pouring rain. I sincerely appreciated their kindness and effort, despite the pouring rain and the time it took for them to help us. Tiffany took time to help coordinate when she could have easily just said I needed to reschedule the newborn visit until someone could come with me to move the items too heavy for me to lift safely at that time.

This was our first time meeting Dr. Powderly but I was so impressed how easily she examined my sick newborn and sick toddler. Both were nervous and wanted mom at the same time but Dr. Powderly was so great at helping them each calm down to assess them. I felt heard as a parent and confident on what to do next to care for my kids when I left.

Dr Powderly was outstanding. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the results of (patient's) chest X-ray. She called me after office hours to let me know he has pneumonia and to make sure we knew meds were ordered so we could start treatment immediately. We are very grateful for her and her staff.
