Meet Dr. Paulette See
Growing up, I asked for a new doctor's kit every Christmas, so my parents were not surprised when I went to medical school. My desire to work in pediatrics arose from the enjoyment of spending time with the kids during high school working as a hospital volunteer. My decision was easy after my experience in medical school. Simply put, my husband noted I was happiest on the days I was working with kiddos.
My journey with Cook Children's started in 2014 and I opened the Haslet office in January 2016. I came to Cook Children's with over 12 years of experience in general pediatrics.
Something that is very important to me is building trust with the parents and kids I see. That begins with good communication - listening to the concerns of parents, kids and teens and being able to answer questions and offer guidance can go a long way in helping families build healthy lifestyles now and into the future.
I enjoy having the opportunity to share my love of pediatrics teaching medical students and I am excited to collaborate with the new TCU and UNTHSC School of Medicine. While I love all aspects of general pediatrics, I have an interest in asthma and allergy.
Outside the office, I spend most of my time with my husband and three daughters. We enjoy movies, concerts, traveling and watching sports.
I am blessed in that I love what I do and am so appreciative of the wonderful families who let me be a part of their children's lives.
Dr. See is absolutely amazing. I wouldn't trust my kids' care with anybody else but her. We've always been seen very promptly. She's answered every one of my questions. She is utterly fantastic when she talks to my kids and treats them so respectfully. It is amazing. She is by far the best pediatrician we have ever had and the fact that she doesn't dismiss me with any of my concerns is amazing. We absolutely love her. – Patient family

Both of my kids have been seeing Dr. See for years and we absolutely love her! We fully trust her with our kids' health, and she is always so kind to our kids. As a parent, I love how attentive she is- she never seems rushed and takes her time speaking with us about our concerns.
