Meet Dr. Suzana Jensen

I've always dreamed of becoming a pediatrician. My goal is to create a fun and safe space with my patients and families. I love to provide little tidbits of education so families can feel empowered in their health care journey. As your pediatrician, I'll spend time with you discussing any concerns you may have about your child's health.

I earned my undergraduate degree in exercise science from Wichita State University. I then moved to Fort Worth, Texas, in 2014 and earned a master of science degree and my doctor of osteopathic medicine degree at The University of North Texas Health Science Center. I finished my residency in pediatrics at Texas Tech University Health Science Center in Lubbock, where I loved having a panel of my own patients and knew primary care was my calling.

In addition to being a primary care pediatrician, I'm also a certified lactation counselor and love to help mothers feel reassured in their breastfeeding journey. I'm also trained in inserting and removing Nexplanon devices for teenagers.

I'm married, with one stepson and three dogs. I love to be active, playing tennis, pickleball and yoga. I also enjoy reading and would love to talk books with you!

    Dr. Jensen was fantastic. Very informative and caring. Made me feel like I was just talking to someone who cared about my daughter not just a doctor. She called the orthopedic office and got our appointment moved up quicker. Followed up and made sure we were taken care of. I couldn't be more happy with her and he service to my daughter.

    Dr. Jensen is so great. She is very caring, professional, and spent probably more time than she actually had with my daughter dealing with sensitive subjects for a teenager. She helped ease my mind and suggested multiple things to help my daughter going forward.

    The front office staff were great as they were able to squeeze in my daughter for a same day sick visit. All of the MAs and RNs were so friendly and Dr. Jenson took her time so answer every question.
