Dr Dao was great. This was our first time seeing him. Robert (as a young adult) really appreciated his manner and that he was talked to and treated as an adult rather than a child, despite it being a pediatrician. Dr Dao was very thorough, personable, and listened well. Thank you

Yes, we were very impressed with Dr. Dao and the nurses are always so, so wonderful and kind to my babies. 6 years now and I have never had anything other than a really great experience from start to finish.

Both the nurse and doctor were excellent. They really treated my daughter kindly and with respect. They even listened to her stories without seeming to be in a hurry. We had a great experience.

Dr. Dao is a wonderful pediatrician! I like how he calls my husband and I by our first names as well as our children's names. This shows that he is attentive and desires to develop a personal relationship with us. I also like how he speaks to my children about health, adolescent development and life. He also talks to them about their sports and community involvement as well as career aspirations.

The experience was 200% better than a 5 star review. My kids laughed and felt their medical needs were attended too in a logical fashion and Dr. Dao's action plan and bode of confidence was better than incredible. We are very happy to be in this practice's care.

I was concerned about how my daughter will react to a male provider. She's never been seen by one. But Dr. Dao did a wonderful job and my daughter said she really liked him. He was good at communicating with me but also good at including my daughter and asking if she had concerns or questions. I really appreciated that. He treated us with extra care and did not treat us like we were just another patient. We enjoyed our experience with him and look forward to continuing my daughter's health visit with him in the future.

It was our first time meeting Dr. Dao and he was great-sympathetic to my son with an ear infection and also really great with my older son who was along for the ride. Would be happy to see him again in the future anytime our usual physician is booked, as he was today.
