I was impressed that Dr. Pugach introduced himself and shook both me and my son's hands. He thoughtfully considered the best treatment for my son. Overall our experiences with Cooks Childrens has been fantastic. In fact, my children have asked for me to change their primary care doctor to Cooks. Thank you for taking care of my children. I would gladly recommend Dr. Pugach!

Everyone is always so calming and friendly, my son is always put at ease when we go. He is never anxious about his annual appointments because he knows that the staff makes things as least "scary" as possible.

The wait was long, but the doctor apologized for the wait. I feel the care that we receive is worth waiting for. I know that running behind schedule means that patients before us are being given the time they need rather than being rushed, also children don't always cooperate! All in all I am very pleased with the care and efficiency of the office.

My Urologist Pugach! He has been my urologist for almost 14 years and has been the absolute best. Always making sure I have everything and that I understand everything said in the appointment. It will be sad to say goodbye to him on my next appointment.

He's very calm and caring. His bedside manner is phenomenal and always takes time to listen to my concerns. He makes me feel at ease and always addresses all my concerns in details
