And the winner is … Safety!

Big recognition for a big, very important message. Cook Children's Aim for Safety campaign and video, A Simple Reminder, earned top honors this year for inspiring families to make safe firearm choices at home. With its powerful messaging, the campaign won not 1, not 2, not 3, but 4 major awards for excellence in creative communication.

"A Simple Reminder" received two silver Telly Awards:

  • General-branded content, People's Choice Award
  • General-public interest and awareness
    The Telly awards celebrate the best video storytelling created for television and digital screens around the world.

Aim for Safety earned two silver ADDY Awards at the American Advertising Federation - Fort Worth (AAF) for:

  • Aim for Safety® public service campaign
  • Aim for Safety® public service online/interactive campaign
    Each year, these awards spotlight the most outstanding work in Fort Worth's advertising community, and Cook Children's was among the best!

With over 1 million static ad impressions and nearly half a million video views, the campaign continues to reach families across our region with one important goal: keeping kids safe.

Of course, the biggest winners are the children, whose lives the campaign helps to save.
