I wish I knew all the names, but I was super impressed with Dr. Sherman and her team. From follow up questions that I sent through my chart about financial assistance to asking about procedure information also through my chart the staff was super quick to respond and answer my questions. Our in person visit was amazing! Always so impressed with this team.

I would like to recognize the woman at the front desk & check out counter. She had a fun "forky" stuffed animal at her desk. I cannot express enough how warm, funny, and kind she was but even more so, I LOVED that she required my daughter to participate in the check in/out process - having my 7 year old advocate for herself as a patient and work on being able to share her own name, DOB, etc. This grants her autonomy and allows her to be seen as a person, not just a patient. I was so grateful for this experience! Dr sherman was also outstanding - her knowledge and ability to communicate in a way that way consumable for me as a mom was so impressive. Similarly, I love that she made attempts to really connect and talk to my daughter.

The xray tech was amazing! Super sweet and eased [...] mind. Very apologetic when she had to move his hand and it hurt him. Also his nurse that did the cast. She explained everything while she was doing it.

Dr. Sherman was so great. She asked how to work around what our child had going on this summer so she wasn't restricted in a cast. This brought a huge smile and happiness to my daughter. She put that into consideration as well as giving her the best care possible. We are so happy we saw Dr. Sherman.
