I genuinely believed we would get waved off at this visit: "Some people just get pneumonia more than others, too bad!" It shouldn't be shocking to be taken seriously by a medical provider, but it is - and it was just wonderful to be listened to, have my concerns addressed, and to hear confirmation that there is in fact something not quite right, but we will figure it out.

Dr Pancham is an excellent doctor and provides over the top care. We got released at this appointment and if I ever have the need for his type of service again, we will definitely be back at Cooks for that care. I will advocate for any and all my friends, family and anyone I hear of needing treatment of any kind, to come to Cooks.

Dr. Pancham is such a friendly and comforting physician and has been since our first visit with him about 2 or 3 years ago. The respiratory therapist ladies were also friendly and so great with my son for his first time having a pulmonary function test.
