Most clinics accept cash, major credit cards, and often offer online payment portals. Be prepared to pay your co-pay (if applicable) at check-in.
Please bring a valid photo ID, insurance card(s), a list of all current medications your child is taking (including over-the-counter drugs, supplements, and vitamins) with dosages, and any relevant medical records from your child’s referring doctor or previous clinics (referral letters, test results, imaging reports, etc.).
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Please call as soon as possible if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment or if you are going to be late. *Note: Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This will give you time for parking and allow us time to check you in and stay on schedule. If you’re running late, please contact our office as late arrivals can result in a delay of your scheduled time and may require rescheduling.
