Prepare for Your Radiology Visit
If your child has been scheduled for a radiology/imaging procedure you probably have lots of questions. Most of them can be answered by the referring physician's office team. However, following are some of the questions we are most often asked.

Can I get the results of the imaging procedure at the medical center?
No. After the procedure a radiologist reviews the X-rays and sends the results to your child's doctor. The doctor's office will talk with you about the results.
Do I have to pay anything before my child's exam?
Depending on your insurance coverage, you may have a deductible and/or coinsurance that you will be asked to pay before treatment. If you have questions about your coverage, please contact your insurance company.
Can I bring my child's siblings to his/her appointment?
Your child needs all your attention. Please do not bring other children with you. If you must bring siblings please bring an adult to watch them while you go back with your child during the exam.
