Our Team

Cook Children's Rehabilitation team members may include audiologists, speech-language pathologists and physical and occupational therapists. We work closely with physicians and surgeons, as well. Other professionals, such as social workers, dietitians, psychologists and athletic trainers may be added to your child's team, if needed. We offer a full range of physical, occupational, speech therapy and audiology services for kids.

Services

Rehabilitation services begin with a referral from your child's physician. An evaluation will be completed by a licensed clinician who will develop a specific therapy plan for your child. Family input is an important part of the therapy plan. The clinician includes your family when planning and identifying specific functional abilities or goals for your child. The therapy plan will include how often therapy will occur and how long it is expected to last. It will also show how your child will make progress toward individual goals and outcomes.
