Cook Children's Pediatrics Prosper Trail – NOW OPEN

Cook Children's Pediatrics Prosper Trail is open and so proud to be a part of the Prosper community. Dr. Halley Hogan welcomes Prosper families, seeing kids for well-child visits, vaccines, illnesses, behavior problems and learning disorders. And she’s here to answer questions all parents have. If your child has a chronic illness, our new primary care practice is here to provide you with a medical home and make sure they get the care they need.

Cook Children's Pediatrics Windsong – Opening October 2019

We’re pleased to announce that our second pediatric primary care office is scheduled to open in October 2019. Dr. Audrey Johnson is excited to join the Prosper community and looks forward to meeting you. We’ll begin prescheduling appointments in mid-September 2019.

Urgent Care – Opening October 2019

When a fever strikes or an ankle gets sprained after hours or on the weekend, Cook Children's Urgent Care will soon have kids in Prosper covered. Come in for X-rays, stitches, and care for illnesses that aren't life-threatening but need medical attention the same day.

We're home to one of the most advanced transport fleets available, able to transport even the most fragile children.

Cook Children's Home Health

There's no distance we won't go to meet the diverse needs of kids in the comfort and convenience of their own home. Our staff develops an individualized care plan for each patient and works with the family on a monthly, weekly or daily basis. We currently have locations in Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth and San Antonio.
