Meet Candace (Candi) Alphin, NICU Outreach Coordinator

Candace (Candi) Alphin

As our NICU Outreach Coordinator, Candi serves as the designated point of contact to referring providers for our NICU patients. We know how important it is for referring physicians to be updated and informed on their patients' care. That is why we have a coordinator completely devoted to consistent communication. Candi helps to build relationships with providers and referring facility staff, with the end goal of collaborating to provide the best care possible to our tiniest patients.

What can referring providers expect from our Outreach Coordinator?

  • Timely clinical updates on NICU admissions
  • Single point of contact for questions and concerns on admitted patients
  • Collaboration on standards of care
  • Proactive weekly updates, timely updates on changes in patient status and discharge communications
