Taking time to support your own needs is essential for maintaining your mental health and wellbeing. Here you’ll find resources about why making your own self-care a priority is beneficial to you and your family. Pick and choose the resources that resonate with you, and don’t feel pressured to try to fit it all in. Our goal is to support the whole family while you are caring for your children.

Our Parents as Partners program is a family-centered care initiative, designed to work with families who are being cared for at Cook Children's. This program provides support to patients and families and strives to improve the safety and quality of the care provided.
